Audacious Stewardship Circles are small peer groups for accomplished women who are dedicated to building a more life giving future. Women united by a common purpose. Meeting twice a month to think, decide and create from deeper alignment.
Why Audacious Stewardship Circles?
You're not trying to find your purpose. You already have one.
You don't need a business accelerator, or another coaching programme.
What's missing is something different.
In today's tumultuous times, where everything vital about the world seems to be unravelling, you long for a space to gather with other mission driven women. Women who are audacious enough to believe a better future is not only possible, but who are determined to take life affirming action to create it.
Women who are ready to be stewards of the life giving future they believe in.

These are the conversations I've been longing to have.
These Circles are not for everyone.
They're not supposed to be
They're spaces for honest support, reflection and insights. Spaces to centre, to stay connected to what matters most, whilst stewarding the future you long for. Spaces to be witnessed and challenged by peers who are walking alongside you.
You're ready to alchemise your vision into action and you know your best decisions emerge from deeper thinking. You're ready to ride the rough and the smooth of the journey with grace and good humour, and you're willing to be a mirror for other women who share the same purpose.
These women are your peers.
Together you can move mountains.
The Details:
Each circle gathers 9 times over the Autumn and Winter months, amounting to over 4 months of honest and aligned conversations with the same group of women.
There is space for 6 women in each circle.
There are two foundation circles opening this November.
Each call is 75-90 minutes, hosted on Zoom
There are two live calls each month.
There is a private chat space for ongoing support and inspiration between calls (Signal or email chain)
Sarah is not coaching: Her role is to steward the space. Your role is to show up honestly and with questions you haven't been able to answer alone.
Circle spaces are available by application only.

One payment to join a circle.
We steward the future together.
Format per call:
-
10 min: Arrival and check in. A sentence describing where you are now and what you're working on.

5 min: Centring on what matters most.

50 min:Two members get the floor per call (rotating) Each gets 20 minutes: 5 to frame their situation, 15 for the group to respond. Sarah facilitating and prompting.
-
15-20 min: Open forum. What has emerged. What has deepened. What difference it has made. Closing with a question to carry into the next two weeks.

Audacious Stewardship Circles are for women who know the future we long for is shaped through wise decisions, courageous conversations and meaningful action -taken together.
Every woman in the circle contributes to the experience of every other woman in the circle.
Membership of a circle is by application only - because the quality of the circle matters.
