What personal information I store about you and how I use it:

For website visitors, like most web sites, I gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring pages, date/time stamp and click stream data. I use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Web Site, to track users’ movements around the Web Site and to gather demographic information about my user base as a whole. I do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

 

I may also obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help me to improve my site and to deliver a better and more personalised service.

They enable me:
• To estimate our audience size and usage patterns
• To store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customise our site according to your individual interests.
• To speed up your searches.

 

If you sign up to receive Wild Soul Coaching news, I will store your full name, and email address. I will use your email address to send you my newsletter which contains:
• News and information relevant to Sanctuary Circles and Wild Soul Coaching
• This may also includes marketing information such as details about forthcoming events, special offers and activities.

 

In addition I may send you email reminders, notices and reports pertaining to any of the above information.

 

Your details are held securely by my website host Wix, and newsletter distributers ‘Mailchimp’, who adhere to strong privacy protections which mean they are handling personal data appropriately and in line with EU legal requirements.

For all paying customers, I will not store financial information about you. I offer the option for our customers to pay via Pay Pal. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

For my Shamanic Healing and Wild Soul Coaching clients, I ask you to fill out a booking form to provide me with your full contact details and business name (if relevant) and require that you give your consent to me storing and using this information by signing an agreement form.

The data collected on the booking form is used solely in connection with the purposes of carrying out my services for you, eg emailing any materials, reminding you of session dates and times, etc.

Online coaching sessions are conducted through Zoom and are recorded, both the audio only file and also a video file, with a link to the recording emailed to you afterwards. Copies of the recordings will be available for one week after the session, after which they will be destroyed / deleted. All endeavours will be made to store recordings safely and destroy them as described, however as with any transmission conducted over the internet we cannot guarantee its security. If you do not want any session recorded you may request this and I will take appropriate action.

I will store basic contact data about you held securely on my server, used solely for the purposes of us carrying out our obligations to you as my client. Any information you send me in an email will be kept within that email record. I will also keep records in note form of healing and coaching sessions.

When you cease to be my client, I will destroy all client records after 6 years, or sooner if you contact me to request all information is destroyed.

General

I will endeavour to keep your contact details correct and up to date. Please help me with this by reporting any changes to us at the email address shown below.

Any email contact you make to us will mean that any information you provide in those emails will be held securely on my server and within my office computers (including lap tops and tablets).

The data that I collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for me or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. I will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although I will do our best to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to my Site; any transmission is at your own risk.

 

Your rights

You may request access to any data I hold on you and I will respond to and honour these requests as soon as possible. You may also request that any personal data with me is corrected, moved, or deleted and again I will oblige in a timely fashion. If you request that all your personal data is completely wiped from all our historical records, we will keep only the data we hold on our financial records, eg invoices and accounting information for the previous 6 years.
