Terms and Conditions

Prices for services are in pounds sterling and I take payment in full at time of booking. Receipt of payment is taken as confirmation of your booked session; until payment is received the session time remains bookable by other clients.

A coaching agreement will be sent to you before we undertake any work together. This coaching agreement is subject to English Law with the Exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Refund and Cancellation policy:

I do not offer refunds on my coaching services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package.

If you cancel attendance at your retreat or coaching package for any reason whatsoever, you will receive no refund.

To reschedule your booking you must email me directly at sarahlkent@fastmail.fm or text 07837557052 during normal working hours (9am-5pm). Please note there are fees for short notice rescheduling as described below:

• If you reschedule your booking with less than 48 hours notice I will retain the full fee. lease understand that if you reschedule at short notice I will not be able to offer your time to another client.

• If I need to reschedule your booking due to a complication or circumstances out of my control the following applies: I will reschedule with no charge, or I will offer a full refund.

Wherever possible I will always endeavour to contact you well in advance of any changes and I thank you for your understanding and cooperation in these matters.

Amendments

I reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without prior notice by changing them on this site, provided that any such change does not affect any orders already being processed.
