terms and conditions

shamanic healing and coaching

Payment is taken in full at time of booking. This includes a £25 non returnable deposit; I start undertaking shamanic work for you as soon as we have confirmed your session. This includes diagnostic journeys as well as omen walks and divination to become clear on what shamanic work will serve you best at this time, as well as discovering how you may prepare for your shamanic healing session.

Cancellation policy:

To cancel or reschedule your booking you must email me directly at sarahlkent@fastmail.com or text 07837557052 during normal working hours (9am-5pm).

  • If you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice I will retain the full fee: please understand that if you cancel or re-arrange at short notice I will not be able to offer your time to another client.

  • If you need to reschedule your session and give more than 48 hours notice no fee will be charged. If you reschedule your session with less than 48 hours notice I will charge the deposit as cancellation fee.

  • If I cancel your appointment or need to reschedule it due to a complication or circumstances out of my control the following applies: Should you wish to re-arrange, there will be no charge. If you don't wish to rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be given.

Wherever possible I will always endeavour to contact you well in advance of any changes and I thank you for your understanding and cooperation in these matters.

workshops

This is how I keep things running smoothly!

Reserve List: if you have simply put your name on a reserve list or expressed your interest in a workshop but not yet paid a deposit, you are welcome to change your mind as and when you wish.

Confirmed Place: I charge a non-refundable deposit when you book your place. This is intended to encourage you to treasure your place, commit to your booking and reduce cancellations – this is especially important as generally the number of available places is very limited and I would not like to waste any.

Deposit: While I appreciate that some participants will have genuine and difficult reasons for not being able to attend, it is impossible for me to judge whether any individual cancellation is deserving of a refund. To make things fair I do not refund deposit money under any circumstances and places may not be transferred by you.

Final Payment: Due on the day of the workshop.

Confirmed Place: I charge a non-refundable deposit when you book your place. This is intended to encourage you to treasure your place, commit to your booking and reduce cancellations – this is especially important as there are limited places on this unique 6 month training and I would not like to waste any.

To make things fair I do not refund deposit money under any circumstances and places may not be transferred by you.

Final Payment: The balance is due for payment one month before the start of the training, otherwise your place may be forfeited. If you no longer intend to attend the training please let me know as soon as possible, so that your place can be offered to those on the reserve list. Once a final balance has been paid, a refund of the balance may be made up to 4 weeks before the start of the training. Within one month of the start of the workshop I do not refund payments under any circumstances as I cannot be sure that the place can be filled.

This policy has been established to help me to continue to offer this training here in Devon, to strengthen the commitment between participants and the training, and to maintain fairness between individual participants. Many thanks for your understanding.
